Q: Where are your servers located?

India (Noida and Mumbai), Germany (Frankfurt), Singapore and the United States, plus Surat Edge for colocation. The live location depends on the product.

Q: What is Serververse Shield?

Serververse Shield is our attack-mitigation layer. Cloudflare and OVH sit in front of the service. India uses Cloudflare Magic Transit plus a 3-layer stack. Germany runs a 3-layer stack. Singapore runs on OVH.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, cards, net banking, PayPal for international payments and wallets where they are available.

Q: Do you provide refunds?

No. We do not provide refunds on any service, including alpha, beta and stable services.

Q: Do you offer a control panel?

Yes. VPS uses VirtFusion. Game servers use the game panel for console, files and power. Web plans include the hosting panel.
